Twenty youth workers from Italy gained knowledge and skills to work with deaf and hard of hearing youngsters, specifically focusing on creating educational activities and programs aimed at raising the entrepreneurial and employability skills of deaf and hard of hearing youngsters, as well as those with other communication obstacles.

The four-day training took place at the Istituto Universitario Carolina Albasio, which was also the organizer of the event.
